We want you to feel confident in every ElveraFit purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return — no hassle, no pressure.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately — we’ll make it right 

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — no explanation required.
Items must meet the same return criteria listed above.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
